What does AI implementation actually mean?
It means I set up AI to handle the repetitive work that eats your day, like answering new leads, following up on quotes, and writing the same replies over and over. You keep running the business. You just stop doing the same tasks by hand.
I'm not a tech person. Is this going to be complicated?
No, and that's kind of the point. I do the setup, then I teach you and your team how to use it, step by step. If you can send a text message, you can use what I build.
Will this work for my kind of business?
Most likely, yes. I don't stick to one industry. If you have work that repeats, like answering customers, writing quotes, scheduling, or training new people, there's almost always a way to save hours. The free call is how we figure that out.
Which build is right for me?
I ask one question: when something falls through the cracks, is it with your customers, with you, or with your crew? Customers means Spark. You, the owner, means Focus. Your crew means Flow. If it's all three, that's Freedom, where I build everything and manage it for 60 days.
How much does it cost?
The free call comes first. After that, Spark and Focus are each a flat $1,500. Flow starts at $4,000, and Freedom starts at $10,000, since those are built around how your business runs. The Efficiency Roadmap is $500. It is required before Freedom, recommended before Flow, and credited in full toward either build. The Roadmap comes with a promise: if I don't find at least 5 hours a week you can save, you don't pay.
What if the Roadmap doesn't find anything?
Then you don't pay. If I can't find at least 5 hours a week you can get back, there's no charge. I invoice you at the findings meeting, after you've seen the plan, so you know what you're paying for.
What are founding client rates?
I'm just getting started, and I'd rather my first five clients get a great deal and tell the truth about how it went. If you're one of them, you get a lower price, and I ask for an honest testimonial and permission to share your results. Once the five spots are filled, the regular prices apply.
Do I need to buy any software?
I set up the tools you already own and pay for, and I don't build homemade replacements for good software. If you need a tool, I'll help you pick one. Those subscriptions are separate from my fee, often $50 to $500 a month, and we'll talk through them on the free call.
Do I have to pay every month?
No. Every build comes with a support period first: 14 days with Spark or Focus, 30 with Flow, and 60 days of management with Freedom. After that, a monthly plan is totally optional. It's month to month, so you can cancel anytime before your next billing date, or you can pay for the year and get two months free.
Is AI going to text or email my customers without me knowing?
No. Anything the AI writes for you, like a quote or a customer reply, gets your approval before it goes out. The simple automations, like a text back when you miss a call, send a message I wrote for your trade ahead of time, so you always know what your customers will see.
Where are you based, and do we have to meet in person?
I'm based in Opelika, and I like meeting owners in person around Auburn and Opelika because I learn a lot from seeing how you work. If you're farther away, reach out, and we'll figure out what works.
What happens on the free call?
It's about 20 minutes, and there's no pressure. I'll ask where things fall through the cracks, with your customers, with you, or with your crew, and we'll figure out the best place to start. I'll also go over any software costs up front.
